1. Digital Goods Policy

BabyVibe offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (24-Hour Access Pass). Therefore, we generally do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service has been accessed.

2. Exceptions (Technical Issues)

We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. We DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, or a technical failure on our end where the report fails to load.
  • Major defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team at support@gentive.com within 7 days of your purchase with your Transaction ID. We will review your case and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.
